Where we deliver

To all 27 EU member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Cost

• Orders from €59: free tracked delivery
• Orders below €59: €4.90

Prices include VAT. Import VAT is prepaid, so you pay nothing more on delivery.

How long it takes

Orders leave within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes 5–10 business days after that. For delivery before Christmas, order by 10 December.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also follow it on our Track your order page.

Something wrong?

If your parcel has not arrived 15 business days after dispatch, or arrives damaged, email [support email address] with your order number and we will resend or refund it.
